OPTICAL SPECTROMETRY

TDLS8000

The TDLS8000 platform design is for in situ measurements which negate the need for sample extraction and conditioning. The non-contacting sensor allows for a variety of process types including corrosive, abrasive and condensing. The first generation platform has been proven in many others for the measurements of O2, CO, CH4, NH3, H2O and many more NIR absorbing gases.

TDLS8200

The TDLS Probe brings all the industry-leading combustion features into a single-flange explosion-proof device for measuring oxygen, CO, and methane. Whether it's being used for oxygen trim control, CO monitoring, high combustible fuel runback control, or even a SIL2-rated startup permissive for methane, the TDLS Probe Type is capable of providing measurements for all of these functions in a single device.

5100 TDLAS

The feature-rich 5100 TDLAS offers high-sensitivity, analyte-specific, fast-response measurements for critical industrial applications. It features a single absorption cell and integrated sample system in a compact, cost-effective package.

5100HD TDLAS

Using tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, the 5100HD can be configured with one or two absorption cells, providing dual stream analysis and/or the measurement of multiple analytes at the same time.

5100P TDLAS TRANSPORTABLE

The 5100P is a transportable, easy-to-use analyzer optimized to measure either water vapor (H2O) or carbon dioxide (CO2) in select gas streams. It offers the fast-response, high-accuracy benefits of TDLAS technology in a lightweight, durable and mobile platform that is certified for use in hazardous areas

IN-SITU LASER ANALYZER

Laser analyzers perform in-situ gas analysis directly in the process, with the laser unit and receiver integrated into a single sensor head. Designed for demanding industrial environments, they support accurate process control across chemical processing, emissions and exhaust monitoring, combustion applications, and furnace performance optimization.

CAVITY RING-DOWN SPECTROSCOPY (CRDS)

Tiger Optics analyzers use Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) laser technology to deliver ultra-sensitive, drift-free trace gas measurements. This optical approach enables real-time detection at parts-per-billion levels without consumables or frequent calibration, making it ideal for high-purity gas and critical process monitoring.

FTIR FT-NIR

The ANALECT Hydrocarbon SmartSystem, an online optical absorption spectroscopy (FTIR/FT-NIR) analyzer, that delivers real-time hydrocarbon composition analysis. Using extended infrared spectra, it provides stable, continuous measurement of light-to-heavy hydrocarbons for tighter process control in refinery and petrochemical applications.

NIR-O

The NIR-O is a versatile near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopic process analyzer that delivers real-time, non-destructive monitoring of process streams using extended NIR wavelengths. Its high signal-to-noise, dual-beam design with NIST-traceable wavelength accuracy and fiber-optic remote sampling enables reliable multi-channel analysis for process control and quality assurance.

508 UV-VIS FULL SPECTRUM PROCESS ANALYZER

A robust UV-VIS optical spectroscopy analyzer from Guided Wave that delivers continuous, real-time measurement of chemical and physical properties across the full ultraviolet to visible range. With high signal-to-noise performance and flexible sampling, it’s engineered for accurate, non-destructive process monitoring and control in industrial applications.

CLEARVIEW DB VIS-NIR DUAL-BEAM PHOTOMETER

A high-performance dual-beam VIS-NIR photometer from Guided Wave that delivers reliable, continuous measurement of optical properties across visible to near-infrared wavelengths. Its dual-beam design enhances stability and accuracy, making it ideal for real-time process monitoring, quality control, and concentration tracking in industrial applications.
